Orders
If the item you purchased is from a Pre-order, please see the product page for details on when the order will ship.
Pre-order items cannot be exchanged, only returned for refund or store credit in accordance with our return policy.
You can check the status of your order by clicking the “View Your Order” button in your order confirmation email.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking to the email address you entered at the time of purchase.
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of original delivery. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you received the wrong size/color/product or a damaged product and want a refund or to exchange it for another size/color/product, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. The product must be unworn and unwashed for an exchange or refund.
Follow the below steps to process a return or exchange:
- Email 7pminbkshop@wave.tv with your order number and reason for return.
- Package the unworn, unwashed items, with original tags, securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible.
- Affix the appropriate postage on the return package and mail it through your preferred postal carrier.
All sale items are final. No exchanges or refunds.
Please inspect your order upon reception.
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unworn & unwashed to be eligible for a refund.
Shipping / Delivery
In-stock orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Select items from the store are made to order and can take up to 10 days to ship. Items with extended lead times will be indicated on the product page.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, and you can track your goods easily online.
Domestic (within the US) orders are usually delivered within 5 business days from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email.
International (outside the US) orders can often take 7 - 28 days to be delivered, depending on your country. We appreciate your patience!
All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Payments of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by any payments made on this site. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office
